🏁Saturday 6/13 at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway night recap🏁

You don’t know what you have until it’s gone rang true for us last night.

After motor issues last week caused us to pull off, we decided to swap to our backup motor and send out our main motor to get fixed and refreshed.

With a tacky, hammer down track, the car was hooked up, but the backup motor just couldn’t keep up causing us to finish well below where we have been so far this year.

We are hoping to get our main motor back ASAP and get back on top to keep hunting down a win and keep us in contention for the points standing lead.

Sunday wash day is a tradition after a Saturday night of racing at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway

A little bit of body damage last night but like they say rubbing is racing!

We picked up our second heat race win of the season going from 4th➡️1st🏁

In the Feature we started 5th and after a few cautions and a bit of contact with another car we made our way up to 2nd. We had a lot of speed and were chasing down the leader with high hopes of a trip to victory lane. With 5 laps to go the motor started to overheat and caused us to back off slightly but still settle for a solid 2nd place finish. Back at the trailer we discovered the overheating was due to a split water pump belt which started to slip. We’ve got some time to get this fixed before our next trip back to PPMS.

We still lead the point standings by a 10 point margin and are getting closer to a win every week.

No racing next weekend, and our plan is to be back in action at Lernerville Speedway Friday June 28th, and PPMS Saturday June 29th.

🏁13th Ed Laboon Memorial recap!

This is one of our favorite races to be apart of, big thanks to Vince Laboon for putting together such an amazing race for the Pro Stock division!

Coming off our heat race win last week we were eager to get on the track. We qualified 12th out of 31 cars which put us starting 3rd in our heat race. Top 5 finishers from each heat race automatically transfer to the main show. We had a great run in the heat finishing 3rd which put us starting 12 out of 26.

We found a good line in the feature and worked our way up to 9th after 29 clean laps. A late caution reset the field with a green white checker restart, we made it around 2 cars and crossed the checker flag with a 7th place finish behind 4 previous event winners!

We have some routine maintenance to do on the car this week but we will be heading back to Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway again next weekend for another Action Night event 🏁

🏁Sunday is wash day after a good Saturday night of racing at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway with a heat race win and 3rd in the feature🏁

We finally found some speed last night with some new setup changes and new tire combination.

We started the heat race on the front row and led the first 6 laps, with two laps to go we were challenged by a fast Christian Schneider but were able to hang on for the win🏁

We started 5th in the feature and avoided the cautions to make our way to a 3rd place finish among a fast field.

Overall a successful night and we’re happy to have the car dialed in for the big ELM memorial race next Saturday with the Penn Ohio Pro Stock Championship Series

🏁Doubler header this past weekend:
Lernerville Speedway on Friday, and
Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway on Saturday🏁

19 cars were in the pits and ready to go at Lernerville on Friday. We started on the pole in the heat, but missed the setup and made mistakes and fell back to 6th. With some major setup changes, we were able to charge forward in the feature where we started 14th and moved up to 8th with the speed to keep moving up, but after a late race caution and a bad restart, ended up 10th.

With a strong 14 car field on Saturday at PPMS, we had another bad heat race finish, but again made the changes necessary to work our way up from 12th to 5th, but picked up a still unknown suspension issue and vibration in the final 2 laps and fell back to a 6th place finish.

Overall a good weekend, and learned a few things about the new chassis changes to grow on.

We have made the early decision to move our first Test and Tune to Sunday, March 3rd. Gates will open at 11AM and rotating hot laps to begin at 1PM.

The weather unfortunately took a turn for the worse and won't allow for us to get tonight's show in. We apologize for the late notice, but we truly wanted to get this show in.

Points are official and final as of September 16th.

We'll see everyone Friday, September 29th for the Prelude to the Pittsburgher and Saturday, September 30th for the 35th Annual Pittsburgher presented by Big River Steel!
