Thank you so much for everyone’s patience and grace while our photographer deals with the passing of her father. She apologizes for another delay, but understandingly so these past few weeks have been a very difficult and unexpected hectic and sad time for her and her family. Jennifer’s School of Dance is celebrating 25 years in Chestertown, MD with an honored past that dances back to over 65 years ago! Registration for the 2026-2027 dance school year is now open. Classes for students 3 years of age - adult will begin in September. Tap, Ballet, Jazz, and Pointe are offered for all ages. Our amazing adult weekly fitness class, SPARKLE will also continue in September. I am looking forward to continuing to help individuals and couples feel more comfortable on the dance floor for weddings and special events. Update on our pictures from June 16th:
Dear Dance Families,
Our photographer has had some very terrible family events occur over the past several weeks. She apologizes for the delay in getting our pictures to us and appreciates everyone’s understanding and grace as she has had to put a hold on editing our photos due to major family circumstances. She just reached out to me and said to please be on the lookout for our photos by the end of next week which would put us at the date of July 24th. Hello Everyone!
Congratulations and Great Job to our campers that danced with me last week! It was wonderful kicking off July with you! ☀️🩰🎉🌟

We have a few spots still available for our upcoming camps! Please contact me if you are interested in registering your dancer for camp! Children do not have to be a student of Jennifer’s School of Dance to participate in our summer dance camps. Looking forward to a wonderful summer celebrating and learning about dance!

Good Morning Dance Families:
Just a reminder I am at the studio this morning from 8:30-10:30am then this evening from 6:00-7:30pm if you would like to stop by to pick up your lost and found items. It’s Glow SPARKLE night for my adult class so the studio may be a little dark inside since we use party lights and glow sticks for class, but come on in. I am here! All items are on a chair in the waiting room ready for pick up! 😊

Lost and Found Items from this past Saturday’s show. Please contact me or stop by the studio if these items belong to you. I am at the studio now (Tuesday,6/23) until 7:30pm tonight. Next week stop by the studio Monday-Thursday (June 29-July 2) every morning 8:30-10:30am or next Tuesday, June 30th also from 6:00-7:30pm.
