-Drew Benes (COO): I have seven years of experience in college and professional baseball. Through my career as an athlete I have learned the discipline of hard work, quality teamwork, and the importance of strong leadership. I have had the privilege of being a part of many first class organizations that go about their business the right way. I believe in honesty, integrity, and hope that my faith and relationship with The Lord shines through to the people I am around.

I truly feel we have the knowledge and means to make this established organization better in many ways. We want to make sure our players receive a quality experience because we realize a major part of youth sports is about the journey. We believe in using the game of baseball to teach life lessons. We promote conducting ourselves in a manner that is respected by other organizations, and have earned the respect of college programs and professional scouts nationwide. Our ultimate goal is to help our players reach their desired level of play and understand what it takes to get there. We educate our players and their families on the recruiting process, and work side by side with our student-athletes to find the best fit for them at the next level. We believe in teaching sound fundamentals, while playing the game with a high level of integrity. Baseball is a great game, and we will respect it with the way that our teams play.
