GOT DOGS? Bring them to the K-9 Splash this Tuesday! It “runs” from 5-7pm so your pooch can have a “ball” walking, playing and/or swimming in the water before the aquatic facility closes and gets prepped for the winter.
Don’t forget towels! 💦🐶❤️

Hi former, current, and hopefully future 🤞🏼 Crocs families!
I wanted to pass along this flyer to share more info about the future of our city’s aquatic center and the propositions that will be on the Nov. 3 ballot. (I’m sorry about the fold lines). PLEASE SHARE!

You can scan the QR code or go to ChesterfieldPool.com to follow along and learn more details.
I hope you’ll all hit the polls on Nov. 3 and Chesterfield residents will add, “Vote Yes on Prop A and Prop Q!” to your voting plans!

For those who don’t use the pool
Itself, there is also talk of adding some indoor community spaces in the plans for a new facility. If this comes to fruition, the City could host many of its events there like bingo, arts & crafts, speakers, lessons, trivia, puzzle nights, meetings, and more of the many great things our city offers.)

ATTN: CHESTERFIELD VOTERS *who are in favor of a new Aquatic Center*, please attend this meeting TONIGHT!! Even if you can’t stay long, your support is greatly needed.

This is the first meeting of the ‘vote-yes’ committee for Propositions A & Q — the two proposals to support development of a new aquatic center in Chesterfield. These will be on the November 3 ballot. We need to make sure our voices are heard, so please help us get the word out to friends, colleagues, and neighbors.

***The meeting is at 6 p.m. TODAY, Wednesday, 8/26, at Chesterfield City Hall. We’ll gather in Chambers.
(2026 Crocs received an email from Kari Johnson on Monday, but we’ve learned it went to some members’ spam folders so you may not have seen it.)

Please share with other Chesterfield residents and ask them to support our aquatic center by showing up and voting Yes on November 3rd.

Just now hearing about this or want more info?
We are in danger of losing our Aquatic Center effective next summer. It’s aging beyond repair, and we need our voters to please help us get the vote passed for a new facility rather than just tearing down the current one and making it green space. This outcome doesn’t just impact our Crocs Swim & Dive team; it impacts our home values, Riverwalk patrons, swim lessons, special activities like Tot Time, clinics like diving and learning to scuba, our firefighters’ water rescue training, anyone who enjoys a refreshing day at the pool, and of course the many local teens and young adults employed at the facility each summer. Having this amenity (and more) helps make Chesterfield an even more desirable place to live, work and play.

At tonight’s meeting, we will discuss formation of a “yes” committee and breaking down our work into subcommittees (so no one has to work too hard). We will also talk about overall leadership and leadership for each subcommittee.

Reminder:
OUR FINAL PICTURE DAY IS TOMORROW EVENING, 7/1, from 6:15-8pm.
If you missed the first two, please plan to attend this make-up session.

Be sure to log in and RSVP to one of our picture dates so we know when to expect you!
Every Croc should be photographed on one of these dates, whether you wish to purchase pictures or not, so they can be included in our big team photo. Details can be found under the Events tab on our SportsEngine website/app.
Note that we have a make-up date this year for anyone unavailable for the two main days. (It may also be used if it ends up storming on one of our original dates.) We’re excited to show off our biggest team ever! ❤️🐊

Please, oh please, peruse through these photos!
The one with the towels, outfit, water bottle, and several goggles shows items left at our meet vs. Crestwood last night, 6/29.
The items in the other two photos—Crocs shirt (with a hole at the seam near the neck), navy/green Nike shoes, and black sunglasses—were all left on the concessions tables at our Fun Swim tonight, 6/30.
**We also still have several items that were left at our home meet against Sunset Hills on 6/16. See previous post for those pictures. White Nike shoes are included so I’d imagine *someone* must be wondering where their shoes are by now. 🤔
Comment below and/or contact a Parent Rep to claim your items.
