As long as your doctor clears it and your pregnancy is not high risk, by no means does exercise during pregnancy have to be LIMITED to walking, gentle yoga or NOTHING at all.

This isn’t someone who is “still in their 30s”
This isn’t someone who has “exercised their whole life”.
This isn’t someone who “doesn’t have a full time job”.

This is someone who:
-Is the age of 64.
-Only started weight training 1.5 years ago.
-Their full-time job needs them at a desk.
-Prioritizes protein intake.
-Makes sure they get 10k steps in.
-INVESTS in themselves.

Instead of making excuses and allowing circumstances to define your life - take charge of your life and become your first priority again.
