If you have kids swimming in tomorrow night's meet, please sign up to VOLUNTEER! SwimTopia is still open for jobs.

As a reminder, Volunteering is required, per the agreement in registration. If your swimmer is in the 2nd half, please take a 2nd half position so the 1st half parents have a spot.

If you have a Middle or High School students who are swimming and are looking for Volunteer hours, please consider signing them up for a job. We will happily sign-off on those hours!!!

We are still looking for volunteers to fill the following positions:

1st Half:
-Clerk of Course (1)
-Strokes and Turns (1)

2nd Half:
-Clerk of Course (1)
-Lane Sitters (2)
-Results Table (1)
-Runner
-Timers (2)

We also need 2-3 more volunteers to help with meet take down.

We are still in need of 2 timers and 1 lane seater for the 2nd half of the meet tomorrow night. If you have a child swimming in a relay, we could really use your help!

If you are signed up for the 1st half and want to swap, that could also be helpful, but we will need to backfill your spot with someone available 1st half.

If you missed the kick-off party yesterday and would like your team t-shirt for the meet tomorrow night, the coaches will have them at practice this afternoon and tomorrow morning.

Also, if you did not receive a cap at the Mock Meet, we will have some at the meet tomorrow night. If you have your caps from previous years, we ask that you do not take a new one.

*Pro Tip: Write your swimmers' name on the tag of the t-shirt because they tend to get "lost" very easily
