SPARTAN Bootcamp Palermos Athletes of the Month
MAY
Ruby, Axel, Scarlet, & Monroe Floyd

Ruby Floyd is a 7th Grader at Northern Burlington Middle School.
Ruby is a year round 3 sport athlete.
She is a softball player on the Bordentown Bombers where she is pitcher, catcher (not at the same time), and center fielder. She also plays travel soccer on the Hibernian Hurricanes where she plays center back and goalie. In the winter, Ruby has taken up wrestling where she competed for Northern Burlington Middle school. She has been a SPARTAN for 2 years, joining after participating in training sessions with her All Star Softball team. Ruby is also one of just 5 girls to earn the elite SPARTAN LOGADES DISTINCTION, performing a distance run, push ups, and timed situps that place her among the top 10% of females her age.
In school Ruby’s favorite subject is science. Ruby also enjoys skiing and hanging out with her friends

Axel Floyd is a 5th grader at Chesterfield Elementary School. In the Fall and Spring, Axel plays soccer as a striker for Bordentown FC in their rec league. In the winter, he plays basketball, as a point guard in BABL. Axel has been a SPARTAN for one year. Following in his big sisters footsteps, he also earned the elite SPARTAN LOGADES DISTINCTION, performing a distance run, push ups, and timed situps that place him among the top 10% of males his age. He is one of only 22 males to earn this distinction.
In school, his favorite school subjects are math and science. Axel also loves all aspects of farming and hopes to work his own farm when he grows up.

Scarlet is a 3rd grader at Chesterfield Elementary School. She participates in dance year round at The Ballet Studio, does gymnastics, and plays softball for Bordentown Little Leaguein the spring. She has been a SPARTAN for one year.
In school her favorite subjects are ELA, writing and math. In her free time Scarlet loves to sing, ride her bike, play outside, and swim.

Monroe is a Kindergartener at Chesterfield Elementary School.
Her favorite Sports are softball where she plays for Bordentown Little League, and soccer where she plays in the Bordentown FC rec league. She has been a SPARTAN for one year.
In school her favorite subjects are English, math and gym. In her spare time Monroe enjoys swimming, playing outside and dancing with her big sister.

Only the second person to achieve this milestone, huge congrats and THANK YOU to Bentley Neiderberger for hitting his 200th session of Bootcamp. He is an O.G. back from our start in Fall or 2023! He earned his Logades jersey last Fall and this Spring was named our first official SPARTAN MENTOR.
