Hitz Elite - 3 Five Star Mafia Fl - 3

Hitz Elite 16u took the lead in the top of the third. Porretta singled, scoring one run, to give Hitz Elite 16u the advantage, 2-1.

Hitz Elite 16u took the lead in the top of the seventh. Parker Cohoon was struck by a pitch, driving in a run, to give Hitz Elite 16u the upper hand, 3-2.

Jayden Spybrook pitched three and one-third innings in relief for Hitz Elite 16u. The pitcher gave up two hits and one run while, striking out one and walking three. Connor Cotant stepped on the bump first for Hitz Elite 16u. The hurler surrendered two hits and one run (zero earned) over two innings, striking out two and walking one.

Porretta provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Hitz Elite 16u with two runs batted in. The infielder went 1-for-3 on the day. Kole Boike, Porretta, and Troy Smith each collected one hit for Hitz Elite 16u. Cohoon stole two bases. Hitz Elite 16u turned one double play in the game.

Hitz Elite 16u made the score 3-2 in the top of the fourth after Jayden Spybrook doubled, scoring two runs, and Logan Boyd singled, scoring one run.

A double by Parker Cohoon gave Hitz Elite 16u the lead, 4-3, in the top of the fifth.

Hitz Elite 16u scored on a passed ball, which helped Hitz Elite 16u tie the game at five in the top of the sixth.

Vincenzo DiCicco began the game for Hitz Elite 16u. The pitcher gave up five hits and five runs (four earned) over five and one-third innings, striking out eight and walking two.

Kole Boike, Cohoon, Troy Smith, Boyd, Spybrook, and DiCicco each collected one hit for Hitz Elite 16u. Spybrook went 1-for-3 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in. Boike stole two bases. Hitz Elite 16u turned three double plays in the game.

Parker Cohoon singled down the right field line, which helped Hitz Elite 16u tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.

Hitz Elite 16u jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the third inning after Aiden Porretta hit an inside the park home run, Kaden Meeks singled to right field, and Jaxon Shufeldt hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.

Ryan Burr began the game for Hitz Elite 16u. The righty surrendered four hits and three runs (two earned) over four innings, striking out two and walking two. Kole Boike appeared in relief for Hitz Elite 16u.

Hitz Elite 16u collected 14 hits in the game. Boike, Porretta, and Troy Smith each collected two hits for Hitz Elite 16u. Meeks, Cohoon, Shufeldt, Porretta, Smith, Logan Boyd, Burr, and Cohen Marshall each drove in one run for Hitz Elite 16u.

Hitz Elite - 10 HitLab - 1

Aiden Porretta hit two home runs and drove in five as Hitz Elite 16u defeated HitLab 16U 10-1 on Thursday at IMG Academy. Porretta homered in the second and first innings.

Porretta started the game for Hitz Elite 16u. The righty allowed one hit and one run over two innings, striking out two and walking four. Kaden Meeks and Marshall each threw shutout innings for Hitz Elite 16u in relief.

Hitz Elite 16u accumulated 12 hits in the game. Dominic Legato, Cohoon, and Porretta each collected two hits for Hitz Elite 16u. Hitz Elite 16u turned one double play in the game. Hitz Elite 16u were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error.

Hitz Elite - 2 Michigan Rebels - 3

Vincenzo DiCicco stepped on the mound first for Hitz Elite 16u. The pitcher surrendered three hits and three runs (two earned) over six and two-thirds innings, striking out 11 and walking one.
Kaden Meeks, Parker Cohoon, and Marshall each collected one hit for Hitz Elite 16u. Porretta and Marshall each drove in one run for Hitz Elite 16u.

Hitz Elite 16u Walk-Off In Nail-Biter Against Selects 16u

Hitz Elite 16u captured the lead, 5-4, in the bottom of the sixth after Troy Smith hit a sacrifice fly, Jayden Spybrook singled down the left field line, and Porretta singled down the left field line, each scoring one run.

Ryan Burr led things off on the mound for Hitz Elite 16u. The pitcher surrendered five hits and four runs (three earned) over four innings, striking out three and walking three. Porretta pitched two innings of no-run ball for Hitz Elite 16u in relief. The pitcher gave up one hit, striking out three and walking none.

Porretta provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Hitz Elite 16u with two runs batted in. The cleanup hitter went 3-for-4 on the day. Hitz Elite 16u had patience at the plate, collecting eight walks for the game. Parker Cohoon and Logan Boyd led the team with two bases on balls each. Hitz Elite 16u turned two double plays in the game.

Kole Boike started the game for Hitz Elite 16u. The pitcher allowed two hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out four and walking none. Marshall and Spybrook each came on in relief for Hitz Elite 16u and shutdown Royal Oak Nationals 16U.

Number nine hitter, Jaxon Shufeldt, showed the depth of Hitz Elite 16u's lineup, by leading them with two hits in three at bats. Smith stole two bases.
