My cousin Jay was recently diagnosed with ALS at just 47 years old. It’s heartbreaking news, and I can’t imagine what he and his family are going through.

A huge thank you to our incredibly talented member, Sophie for bringing this vision to life! Watching this mural come together was amazing, and we couldn't be more grateful for the time, creativity, and heart she poured into it.
"NitroStrong – Where Strength Meets Community" isn't just a slogan on our wall—it's what NitroFlex is all about. Yes, we come here to get stronger physically, but it's the friendships, support, encouragement, and sense of belonging that truly make this place special.
