Thanks to everyone who came out, and a special thanks to Oderus for coaching our 1st USARS Training Intensive! We worked on explosive starts, pivot/jammer roles & strategy, did some scrimmaging, and we even went "over the rainbow" at times! IYKYK 🙌🏻🌈🛼

We are closing out the month with this fantastic human's birthday! Please help wish a Very Happy Birthday to our league President and Blocker of the year 2025 Nosfertofu!
Tofu runs the league and the track with enthusiasm and dedication that is unmatched. She is always there to make sure things run smoothly and to help her teammates on and off the track. A blocker to be feared by jammers and even a jammer that plows through the pack once in a while - you may even catch her in stripes - whatever is needed to help the team. Happy Birthday Tofu!!
