Our September Auction, which opens September 10, will feature extremely attractive mid-grade examples of two of the most important 19th century baseball players from the N173 Old Judge cabinet series: Cap Anson and John Ward. Anson and Ward are among the most integral figures during the early days of professional baseball and these cards were equally important during the nascent years of baseball cards. They'll be available alongside a tremendous selection of cards in this loaded event.

A beautiful example of Hall of Fame second baseman Eddie Collins from the legendary 1914 Cracker Jack series. Great centering, a bold red background, minimal corner wear, and no caramel staining are virtually unheard of for 1914 Cracker Jack cards since they were only available inside Cracker Jack boxes. This is one of the key cards from this iconic issue and it's will part of our September Auction, which opens next Thursday, September 10.

OTD in 1928, Ty Cobb recorded the final hit of his Hall of Fame career off Bump Hadley. It was also the 724th double of his career and he would announce his retirement later that month.

Here is the Georgia Peach's 1917 H801-8 Boston Store card, graded Authentic by SGC. Boston Store cards are rarely seen in any condition, largely because they were never issued as a set to the public. They were also printed on thinner paper stock, making them much more susceptible to wear and condition issues. Nonetheless, this one still presents very well and features one of baseball's all-time greatest pure hitters!

A rarely seen example of Michael Jordan's 1995 Upper Deck SP Top Prospects Autograph card, graded NM-MT 8 by PSA with a NM 7 signature in blue fine-point marker. This is one of only two signed examples graded at this level by PSA, with just one higher. In fact, this is the first signed example of this card REA has ever offered, and it's currently available for purchase in the REA Marketplace!

A beautiful 1933 R319 Goudey near-complete set ranked 17th on the PSA Set Registry with a 4.69 GPA is now available as part of the diverse assortment of cards and collectibles in the REA Marketplace. The near-complete set includes 238 of a possible 240 cards, all of which are graded by PSA. The set is highlighted by sixty-two Hall of Famers, including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Tris Speaker, Jimmie Foxx, Mel Ott, Dizzy Dean, Bill Dickey, and Lefty Grove, and is only missing the 144 Ruth and the elusive 106 Lajoie for completion.

OTD in 1905, 18-year-old Ty Cobb made his Major League debut for the Tigers at Bennett Park in Detroit against the New York Highlanders. He hit a double off fellow Hall of Famer Jack Chesbro in his very first at bat. However, he would only hit .238 during his rookie season, the only season in his legendary 24-year career that he did not hit above .300.

Pictured here is a PSA VG 3 example of Cobb's E92 Croft's Candy card. Issued in 1909, the Croft's Candy set has a very similar design to several other candy issues from this time, including Dockman & Sons and Nadja Caramels. This vibrant example of the twelve-time AL batting champ is one of only two examples graded at this level by PSA with just two higher.

1909 is also significant because it's the same year that the Georgia Peach captured the AL Triple Crown, batting .377, hitting 9 home runs, and driving in 107 runs.
