*Don't missed tonight's action packed class tonight either at 6:15pm or 7:15pm.
*FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL - TELL 3 FRIENDS AND IF THEY COME IN RECIEVE TWO SESSIONS FREE! THEY WILL RECIEVE 1 WEEK OF FREE SESSIONS
*Also, we will no longer have Tuesdays and Thursday Fitness classed due to the lack of attendance. However, we will continue to facilitate on Mondays 12pm, 6:15pm and 7:15pm, Wednesdays at 12pm and 6:15pm, Fridays at 12pm and 6:15pm and Saturday at 9am - 10am.

A few all natural sauces (no sugar, no high fat oils. Try them and let us know what you think?
Basic Vinaigrette:
1/4 white wine or apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup extra - virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper

Basic Mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups light olive oil
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Buffalo Sauce
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup ghee or clarified butter
1 cup of hot sauce
2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic mixed

ATHLETE OF THE MONTH. C-Pride Fit wants to congratulate Angel Montes aka Poppa on being athlete of the month for the month of February. Has been part of C-Pride Fitness since January 2017. He dedication to his fitness goals and the community has been parallel to none when talking about the complete athlete. He has demonstrated leadership in helping new members and making them feel comfortable despite their fitness level. I got a chance to sit down and ask Poppa a few question; What made you join C-Pride Fit? The spirit and motivation of the members, trainers and the convenient schedule and the constantly varied workouts.
How has C-Pride Fit helped you? It has helped me lose weight and visualize the positive results week by week.
What is your favorite part of the workout? The community and how supportive everyone is of each other despite various fitness levels.

New Hours:
