Hudson Valley Boot Camp is Orange County, NY's leading fitness boot camp! With 2 convenient locations, our classes are designed for individuals who want to get in shape in a dynamic, fun and motivating atmosphere. Hudson Valley Boot camp classes combine intervals of high intensity cardiovascular and strength training in a high energy, supportive environment. Our members use anything from kettlebells, cones, agility ladders, to their own body weight to tone and build muscle while increasing cardiovascular endurance. HVBC's certified trainers are experienced in conducting fitness boot camp classes that will challenge you but allow each member to work at their individual fitness level. You will get the individual attention of a personal trainer with the fun, camaraderie and affordability of a group class!
