Been a while since I posted anything, just want to let those who are interested know that I'm working on my New Archery Location in Sneedville Tennessee. Planning on our Opening Day August 6th 10am till 7pm.... I know 90% of you are local to the Chesnee area and have Brad Byrd as the owner of Vital Shot Archery and Outdoors in our old location and will be doing business with him. Im sure he can take care of all of your needs, He is a good guy so I wish him the best. Those of you that travel alot or vacation in the Tennessee area drop in and see me. It's always nice to see a familiar face... we will have our Hours set as Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am till 7pm and Sunday 12 noon till 5pm... I work the homestead the rest of the week. First off We want to thank everyone for your love and support of our little store in Chesnee. We have had the pleasure of serving this wonderful community for many years now. We have built not only a business relationship but a life relationship with some Great folks that we call friends. As we traveled this journey we also lost some truly awesome folks as death does not discriminate. As some know already we are moving to Tennessee in a month or so, we have Sold all our inventory to the New owner, Brad Bryd. Him and his family are going to Continue to operate the store as it has for many years, plus add some new items. Archery, Freedom sticks and more. We will be in and out of the store over the next few weeks as we wind down our last few layaways. Life is a full circle and I'm getting back to my childhood roots and homesteading our little piece of the pie on top of the mountain. God has giving us this opportunity and as they say if God gives you half a chance, you Better go Give Him the hard work and dedication to finish the other. I'm not going to make this a religious post but I will say Trust your heart, chase your dreams and know that All Is Possible if you thrust In Our Creator and Savior. We love ya'll and will truly miss you all.

Good Morning, Folks just a reminder that Today starts our Last Weekend that we will Offer Layaway at Southern Boys and Vital Shot Archery. With our Layaway lasting three months at some point we have to stop offering them. As we work toward our eventual move to Tennessee Later this Coming Summer, I'm thinking sometime around July. So come in and pick out some goodies, anything that totals 200 or more is eligible for Layaway. Today, Friday and Saturday is it. We are Open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am till 6pm and Saturday 9am till 3pm...Ya'll Cone !!!

Lots of messages after my post last night, to be clear, We Are Still Open . It will be later in the year before we close, plus hopefully we can find someone to buy us out and continue to operate a similar business. We do Not own the building but the Owner is a Super Good Guy and I consider him a friend.

Ok folks, Christie and I have decided that we will not longer offer Layaway after this month. As of February 1st We are not doing Layaway. As some know we are working toward moving to Tennessee, we purchased a place before Christmas last year and plan on homesteading the place. We will continue to offer the same products as always until the time comes to close up, which will be later in the year. So please continue to do business with us and we will try our best to treat everyone the same as always. So if your wanting to Layaway anything be sure and do it before February 1st.. thanks for your understanding.
