Want a little extra luck this month? 🍀

Say “rabbit rabbit” first thing in the morning on the first day of the month. It’s a fun old tradition that’s supposed to bring good luck for the weeks ahead.

Worth a shot, right?

Don’t let a great week of effort get undone over the weekend.

Before you reach for something that might set you back, take a quick second and think about your goals and how far you’ve already come. One small choice, made a few times, can either move you forward or pull you off track.

Enjoy your weekend. Have a treat or two. Just don’t sabotage the progress you worked hard for all week.

Stay consistent, not perfect.

Planks are one of the best core exercises. Simple, effective, and they build strength where it matters most.

If you’re over 60 or just getting started, begin with a modified plank (top photo) and progress to a full plank (bottom photo) as your strength and form improve.

When done correctly, planks are especially helpful for those with osteopenia, building core stability and supporting the spine without high impact.

Strong core, better posture, stronger bones. Stay consistent and focus on good form.

You put in a lot of good work this week. Let’s carry that momentum into the weekend.

When you’re about to make a choice that might not serve you, pause for a moment and think about your goals and the progress you’ve already made. Those small decisions add up more than we realize.

Enjoy your weekend. Treat yourself a little. Just be mindful not to undo the effort you’ve put in.

Consistency over perfection, every time.

⭐Michelle and three of our awesome members in our cardio circle!

What’s a cardio circle?
Instead of rows of machines, we set our equipment up in a circle so you have your own space and can actually connect with the people around you.

No staring at TVs. No clock watching.
Just great conversation, like minded people, and a workout that flies by.

You will be improving your cardiovascular health and stamina the whole time.

Check out our website at JointEffortExercise.com and see why our members actually enjoy showing up. 😀
