Movement, Mindfulness, Social Skills, and Confidence for preschoolers! Veteran preschool teacher and Ninja Fit instructor Barb LeBlanc will lead little ones through obstacle courses, balance challenges, introductory gymnastics skills, and yoga/mindfulness. Each class will also include time for free play and socialization.

Bergamo's Martial Arts is proud to announce the return of our Youth Yoga Programs! Coming this September, we will offer two different programs:
Mindful Movers Yoga for Preschoolers (Ages 3 - 5) on Fridays from 4:30PM - 5:00PM, and our second program: Beginner Yoga for Kids (Ages 6 - 12) on Fridays from 5:00PM - 5:30PM!

No parent required, drop off and pick up your child! $35 / 2 hour session or $150 / full week (5 sessions)!

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 9:00-11:00 AM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2:00-4:00 PM

Allow your child to practice our obstacle course and other physical challenges, make friends, play with Legos and other toys, and enjoy our air conditioned play space! Supervision provided by our certified teacher and NinjaTrix Director and our adult assistants. Open to ages 3-12. Great way for kids to exercise and stay athletic when starting sports!
