Co-Motion Fitness VA We work hard, we have fun and we LOVE Zumba Fitness! No matter your fitness level, you can do this! We are licensed Zumba instructors who LOVE to dance!

Our classes have a variety of styles and music, and can be modified for high and low impact. Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Get or stay healthy while having fun! All classes are “no judge” zones. We believe that each participant knows

his/her own body, allowing participants the freedom to work at their own pace and fitness level. Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high and low-intensity dance moves. Bring water and be ready for FUN while you torch calories!
