Reminder: U10 and U12 travel hockey tryouts start this Friday for all players trying out for U10 and 12 teams in Chesapeake and Yorktown. All sessions will be held at Chilled Ponds Chesapeake.

Program Update: All Whaler Nation Rec Hockey League game scheduled for Saturday January 24th, 2026 at both Chilled Ponds Chesapeake and Chilled Ponds Yorktown WILL be played as scheduled. We will continue to monitor the impacts of the winter storm overnight and make a determination on Sundays games tomorrow.

Beginning this weekend, all WN Rec and Travel games played inside Chilled Ponds in Chesapeake and Chilled Ponds at Yorktown will be streamed exclusively on Black Bear TV.
