You’re the best you. ❤️

You know that feeling when you see someone else’s post on social, and you’re like “that’s so cool/beautiful/smart/amazing?”
And then the wheels in your head start spinning, and you start comparing yourself to others? Yeah, us, too :)

We all do it.

It’s a rabbit hole that leads to feeling like we have to do better... be better... be more like this person or that family. It took us a long time to pull ourselves out of that trap. And I can honestly say that it feels better to just truly be ourselves.

No one else can be you.

Remember that when you start the comparison game. And remind yourself of every single thing YOU have to be grateful for instead.

Remember YOU’RE the best version of you.

Welcome to ‘21, when can we start using 2 digits again? After all, isn’t it the Roaring 20’s?

Either way, we made it. Here we are.

Welcome to the other side. But hitting yourself with a list of scary-big, life-changing resolutions right now, after all we’ve been through, that seems like a letdown. So, let’s not do that. Let’s RESOLVE not to do that. Instead, let’s come with one thing you’re not going to do. One small thing to make you feel better, to be better. Let’s make an anti-resolution.
