Happy Wednesday! We will start up January Makeover Bootcamp classes on the 21st!! Registration details will be emailed out. Please feel free to email either me or Scott for more details. Classes will be held in Portsmouth, at the same location as last year. Hope to see you all very soon ;). ~ M

Hi everyone! Classes on Monday 10/8 are going to be moved to Tuesday 10/9, just for this week. Scott and Marylyn are finally getting married (on 10/7) and will be back in action on Tuesday! Have a great weekend!! :)

Day 1 of the Fall 2012 session is completed! We had two GREAT groups out there today. Remember to keep up with your workouts Tues and Wed, even if you are sore (it will help). See you guys on Thursday! GOOD WORK! :)
