OK just had a recent observation and wanted to speak on it. I've recently been doing many re-lacing of gloves since the beginning of Spring practices. Several customers have been high schoolers that have #1 - Called themselves and #2 - Showed up to get their glove re-laced and provide payments. This has been a nice change instead of parents of perfectly capable young men doing everything for them. I have also noticed when these young ball players come to my door, they are all overly polite and well spoken. They listen to me when I give advice on conditioning and are really very thankful for the re-lace. It's refreshing that these parents and coaches have taught these young men how to be productive members of society.
