Fitness 19 Chesapeake Where You Can Afford to Get Fit! Fitness 19 opened in 2006. We started in a 10,000 square foot facility. In 2014 we expanded and remodeled.

Currently we have almost 14,000 square feet. The facility has a large weight room with pin and plate loaded machines, multiple squat racks and platforms. We have dumbbells up to 110lbs. We are supplied with equipment from life fitness and hammer strength. The new cardio room opened in 2014 which has over 50 new pieces of cardio including, treadmills, precors, ellipticals, recumbent and stationary

bikes, stair climbers and concept 2 rowers. The gym also offers personal training, supervised kids room and group classes.

Our early summer special starts today! This weekend we are offering $0 to join $8.99 month to all friends and family of Fitness 19. This is good for anyone added on to a existing account or any new members who are referred to Fitness 19. For every referral the existing member will receive $1 off their monthly dues. This is and will be the best deal of the summer. Can only be purchased at Fitness 19. Deal ends 4/20 at 10PM.
