Here’s a great conditioning workout for tomorrow!
If you can’t do dubs then double the number and do single jumps.
If you can’t do single jump rope then just do jumps without the rope.

Here is a killer workout for you guys tomorrow! It’s a tough one mentally and physically but you can do it. Scale the weight and/ or modify it if you have too.

Follow the rep scheme for each round then move to the next.

Example: round 1 - 10 deadlifts then 10 pull ups - 9 deadlifts then 9 pull ups etc.

You can start with any round and work your way through.

Being extremely proud of this kid today is an understatement. I was happier watching him make this lift than I have ever been making my own. Anybody who does what we do and is passionate about it knows that today was more than just a personal record. .jordan03 so proud of you kid! Can’t wait to experience you reaching the next milestone.

Yesterday Hard Knox Gym welcomed its newest member! Emersyn Kruise Downs was born at 1:52 am on 9/23/19 at 8.7lb and 21” long. She’s perfect in every way ❤️❤️❤️
