Here Are Five ways a person who works a full-time schedule can begin to work on their physical fitness!

2. Lunch Break Exercise: Utilize your lunch break for a brisk walk, bodyweight exercises, or even a short gym session if your workplace provides facilities.
3. Weekend Warrior: Plan longer workouts on weekends, such as hiking, biking, or playing sports. It's a great way to stay active and unwind from the workweek.
4.Active Commute: If possible, bike or walk to work. It adds physical activity to your routine without requiring extra time.
5. Consistent Routine: Set specific days and times for workouts and treat them as non-negotiable appointments. Consistency is key to progress in fitness.
