Myth: Weightlifting is only for men.
Truth: Women need strength training just a much as men.
Ladies, you don't have to lift unbelievably heavy weights. Strength training takes many forms. Every exercise we do is scalable according to your ability. We never work through pain.
Some of our members exercise with 2.5 pound weights. Some women do bicep curls with 15 pound dumbbells. We can all do body weight movements.
Don't let weight training intimidate you. You're most likely stronger than you think!
