Team Rampage

Team Rampage RAMPAGE! noun.
1. Period of violent and uncontrollable behavior, typically involving a large group of people.
2. This paintball team. And a little brain damage.

Take a group of focused, talented individuals. Add some wit, gumption, and a stout intestinal fortitude. Bake that at about the temperature of a July afternoon in the Poconos with a lack of water, common sense, and regard for one’s relative well-being. Ding! Hope you brought an appetite for disaster. From the ashes of Pegasus Bridge, rose no phoenix. Only RAMPAGE!

*Combination of fireworks and pa

The combined members of the Crazy Commandos and Jersey Instinct, are proud to announce the next (big) thing. Introducing to the east coast and beyond, TEAM RAMPAGE! As it turns out, some minds think alike. And rather than quarrel or invoke some rule of dibs, the best worst idea in the world was thought up. This was the start of a beautiful disaster which came to be known as Crazy Instinct. (Revel in our creative genius.) It became evident through repeat exposure that the combination of these two teams was highly dangerous, and extremely effective. So the misfit band of merry maniacs agreed on a merger. (Ha! Look at that classy alliteration, huh? And so humble.) After all, what could possibly go right?

In the heat of the moment, so much happens that it actually takes a few days to comprehend it all. Nothing quite sets in right away. There’s always another plan, the next step, one more thing to do. There’s something that’s being ignored so that something can be completed. Sometimes that something is eating, but that’s what friends are there for. This weekend was the wildest ride thus far. At no point did a single thing feel like it was under control, but in the end every single objective was met. The French met every metric we aimed for. We woke up on time, we ate together, and we fought together. Building on the progress of years past the French evolved into a cohesive force to be reckoned with. We found the right balance of combat to game contribution. So first and foremost, I (Maxwell Daigle, the jack writing this BS) would like to thank each and every person who gave their all so that we could succeed. You all made this year what it turned into, and for that I am infinitely grateful.
I think that everyone who attended ION this year can agree that the French added an interesting element to the game. Most of the feedback we received has been positive, and to anyone that had a negative experience, you are more than welcome to bring that forward so that it may be addressed properly. With any luck, this year has set the foundation for many exciting IONs to come. One small part of this foundation is the promotion of one of our own (is it weird to try to write this from the second/third person?) to the rank of General of the French. With the passing of the torch comes a new era to the game. Every General hopes to leave their mark on the game, hopefully the mark I leave will have a positive effect.
Now, for some shameless plugs. This one namely to our primary and sole sponsor. Sean Fisher of Black Bag Resources is without a doubt the best and most knowledgeable outfitter and armorer that any of us know. Mind you, he’s the only one that we know, so perhaps we are a little biased. This man has provided us with more support than any one else in the game and for that we can never manage to thank him enough. Or promote him enough to make up for the difference.
And, last but in traditional cliché form not least, I would like to extend a personal thank you to the members of Rampage, Crazy Commandos, Jersey Instinct, whatever the hell we are called. I very much literally could not do this without all of you. My strength comes from knowing that I have each and every one of you standing with me. My bravery stems from knowing that you all will follow me (or take me) to the ends of the earth. My intuition relies on all of your input. Thank you for putting up with me. Thank you for helping me. Thank you for being the most incredible group of individuals I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They might raise ethics charges against me if I ever award you guys an MVT, but know that you will always be awarded that plaque mentally. Which means its worth as much physically as our first MVT.
On that note, keep an eye out here for more news regarding developments in regards to the rest of the season, team developments, and anything our Sponsor forces us to post.

Well I guess it is about time for that post-ION post.
This past week was the first official game for us here at Team RAMPAGE! and we had a blast.
French-wise things went pretty damn smooth and this can be attributed to our handsome general Ralph. You did a hell of a job, and threw the French onto a great track for the future.
Allies, congrats on the win. It was well earned, we were fightin' you bastards back all weekend in the north woods. Helluva lot of fun.
Germans, it was great to fight alongside you almost the entire time. Did a great job, can't wait to see you guys come back with a vengeance at Berlin.
Also shout-out to our great sponsor Black Bag Resources (will not allow me to tag, so click this https://www.facebook.com/BlackBagResources/ ). As always had a wide array of useful gear to choose from and some killer smokes. Also it was lovely seeing Sean, April and Little Sean.
Lastly, HUGE thank-you to Skirmish Paintball. This year was phenomenal, a game for the record books. The Refs were top notch and the game went smooth as ever.

Keep your eyes out on this page, you never know when Team Rampage! may come to a town near you!

Til' next time, VIVA LA FRANCE AND KEEP YOUR BALLS FLYING!

Time for the "Long-time, no update" update! Things have been crazy in the asylum (hah, go figure) but a bunch of us came together this weekend for a very special celebration in the life of one of our own. So, allow me to take this time to congratulate Byron and Kayla Horgash for a beautiful wedding and wish them both an eternal and fun-filled marriage!

The 2016 Season is officially underway! With Goodfellas at OXCC - Outdoor Xtreme Chesapeake City all wrapped up with a solid win for Frederick Young and the Red Team (That was us!), I would just like to take a moment to recap and thank a few individuals.

This game was awesome! In spite of the weather and a low turn out (Which in the end was a blessing as much as anything.), this game was incredibly fun. So, my first shout out goes to Hercules Papadogiannis for putting on what turned out to be a excellent game. I look forward to seeing what other innovations come from Herc and the rest of Undertakers Paintball Inc.

Team RAMPAGE! would like to extend a hearty congratulations to Anthony Annastasio for winning the cash total portion of game. Good luck as the new head of the Mob!

And last but, certainly not least, I would like to give a big shout out to our sponsor Black Bag Resources and the owner of said company, Sean Fisher. Apparently, no one told us that we were supposed to help our sponsor win (and that shooting them on the field/sidelines isn't really encouraged ). We really need to read the labels on the suggestion box and the shredder more closely when we go to file memos. Make sure to check out Black Bag Resources for all your tactical, survival, and training needs!

That said, the season is just starting. Where should we go next?

Happy birthday to our own Billy Truex!
I remember when he was just but a wee lad.

03/12/2016

Who's getting ready to play? We are.

Hardcore Paintball Arena out near Bridgewater, NJ. First practice of the season! Come out and make sure we have someone else to shoot at!

03/12/2016

So, who is playing this weekend? Where? What's up?
It is getting that season.

If Billy rampages in the woods and nobody is around to hear it, is it still considered rampaging?
