32 years ago this man convinced me to venture my worldly ass to NY ….he asked when I was 16…Joel have you been to New York …I said no …he said well you haven’t been anywhere then! His invite to this side of the USA inspired my young ass to learn about jazz and culture…forged friendships that have lasted a lifetime and in reality changed my views forever! So happy to see Tony recovering from a recent heart surgery! As I’m out here in the last week of my 40s I wanna say thank you for the gift you gave me 32 seasons of life ago! Love you tc!
