Spots Available at The Cages

We have 45 minute hitting lessons with Jeff Williams available this Saturday.

Available times are 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM.

Pickleball is now available for $20 per hour and can be booked through EZFacility. We also have lights out back, so you can enjoy pickleball later into the evening.

We are also booking fall team practices. Schedule your team practices throughout the fall season and lock in your day and time.

LABOR DAY BASEBALL & SOFTBALL CAMP

Come spend Labor Day at The Cages! We’re hosting a fun-filled morning of baseball & softball instruction focused on building skills and having fun.

Monday, September 7th
9:00 AM–12:00 PM
$65 per camper

Camp includes hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, defense, fun games, teamwork & more!

Keep your feet moving.

As an infielder, you don’t want your feet to stop as the ball is coming your way. Staying active allows you to adjust to bad hops, stay balanced, create better timing, and put your body in the best position to make the play.

When your feet stop, everything else can get stuck with them. Stay light, keep adjusting, and let your feet get you into the best position to field and throw.
