Mom's don't get to have all the fun! Dads and kids got a chance to share the mats with our Dad and Me class leading up to Fathers's Day weekend!

We packed the mats and had a blast training jiu jitsu, playing games and dodgeball!

We'd like to thank all our dads for playing such a big part in the lives of our students and supporting them every day!

Instructors aren't allowed to have favorites, but....

In terms of growth I can't remember a group of students that's developed more than the students we promoted last night.

Focus, effort, and respect are the pillars of our programs and when we look back at how far this group has come, the only word that comes to mind is tremendous!

Everyone's jiu jitsu journey is different, but regardless of where we started and where we are, it's true

Life's better when you train!!!

Many students made New Year's resolutions at the start of 2026.

Cole's goal was to become a better reader and over the past several months he's worked on reading with Mom, dad and his younger brother Luke.

We checked in to see how he was making out on achieving his resolution by picking up a copy of the ABCs of Jiu-Jitsu which he worked with Mom and Dad to successfully read!

Congratulations Cole on living up to our student Creed and developing a Sharper Mind, Stronger Body, and Non-Quitting Spirit!
