We’re cleared for takeoff! Wrist is better and stronger than recent history HUGE thank you to Trifecta Therapeutics and Dr John Vizzini. We’re working hard on the training with Lauren .. here’s a couple of training videos from today’s session.. the last picture is alllll the rotation we’re starting to see in my swing! 2nd tournament of the year on Monday!

We have successfully completed five weeks of physical therapy on the wrist! A big thank you to Dr John. Watching the PGA championship this week makes three years feel like it’s not very far from now. But there is a ton of work to be done.

Yo, go golf world! Early start of the day for me have a playing lesson today, first of the year! Swing is feeling much better, confidence level is much higher today than it was Monday. We’re gonna have setbacks, but if we let them take over and we don’t learn from them, then there will never be progress. Huge shout out to trifecta therapeutics things are starting to feel a little better with the wrist. We started Personal training with Lauren at Soteria fitness this week. We’ve got a great team around us… Let’s get it.

The struggles are real right now.. confidence is the lowest it’s been in a while in my game. I’ve decided to withdraw from next weeks tournament at Galloway National. I have to get back to basics and find some life in my swing..

Good news, the wrist isn’t anything major. Huge thank you to .john_vizz for thorough evaluation. Helped pinpoint some weaknesses in my left shoulder, back and neck. Next week we begin one on one personal training with Lauren . It’s been a wake up call of how my body and swing has broken down without the proper care.

Definitely not the finish we were hoping for. Truthfully I was pretty terrible today. Nerves got me early on and not being on a golf course since December really hurt. We hit nearly every fairway even though we used drives on almost every hole lol. Rolled the rock pretty well at times. Next tournament is 4/20 at Galloway National. We have 2 weeks to knock the rust off and play some better golf!
