🌸 Sound Bath Meditation and Reiki uses calming frequencies to engage participants in a deeper level of participation. The goal is relaxation, clarity, and calm. Try it out and feel the difference!

Spread the word! Sound Healing and Reiki is happening in one week!

💫Next Wednesday, Deepa and Kristy will take you on an hour-long spiritual journey using sound healing frequencies and spiritual meditation techniques.

💫We know this event has been heavily documented on our page already, but the pictures don't do it justice! The controlled lighting and sound frequencies create a beautiful sensory experience.

💫Summer is not supposed to be a stressful season. One way you can combat your stress is by engaging in this deep meditation. Try it out and see how you feel!

🌸This event has become popular at Pilates Core Center because of these two wonderful instructors. Deepa and Kristy are committed to providing you with the most relaxing and authentic experience with sound healing. If you have never tried it before, we highly encourage you to do so!

🌸Sound Healing and Reiki focuses on deep breathing to enhance awareness within your body. Even though it is completely different from Pilates, both work to combat stress and the raising of cortisol levels.

For aspiring or current Pilates instructors, this course will help you understand the human body and movement as a whole.

There is still time to sign up for Core Align Instructor Training 2: Progressions! This weekend is a chance for current or aspiring Pilates instructors to advance their education with Core Align.
