I can’t give enough praises to this gym. LOOK AT THESE RESULTS FROM JUST 6 👏🏼 WEEKS 👏🏼 I saw an ad on Facebook to join this challenge to lose 6% body fat in 6 weeks. I knew I wanted to start shopping for my wedding dress soon, but my body just wasn’t where I wanted it to be. I figured I had nothing to lose (except weight) with this challenge so I tried it out. I am so ecstatic that I did. Not only did I meet the goal but I surpassed it! I lost 11.2 pounds, 6.3% body fat, AND I’m down 3 dress sizes, and 2 jeans sizes 😱 But with all this loss, I gained a whole bunch of confidence. The classes and the meal plan were tough but I was so determined to look and feel my best when I finally try on my wedding dress.
I’m not done here! But I’m feeling so much better with myself. Thank you Heidi Rose and Patrick Schneider for literally kicking my ass into shape (damn those burpees 😩) and helping me keep myself accountable.

For many years I struggled with my weight and trying to find ways to be fit and feel healthy! I tried everything, gyms, aerobics clases, liquid diets that never gave me consistent results. I considered myself active, running long distance races, staying active in gyms that only gave me temporary results but never feeling satisfied or healthy. I felt loss and defeated, until one day my BFF Jubettsy Velez-Brown invited me to a kickboxing class.

My first class I thought I was going to die but I felt empowered and super motivated, I remember thinking to myself I found my place, this is the place where I needed to be, how do I convince my Hubby 😬 to let me join, 🤣🤣 in that moment I took a leap of faith and I made a decision to do it! In March 2017 I was 148 at height of 4’11” 🤯😫with in 2 1/2 years and 3 challenges later I’ve lost a total of 30lbs and I can truly say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life! I've gotten stronger, I have more energy, I eat clean and most importantly I’m healthy with Body % fat of 31.4%. I owe this all to the instructors there are AMAZING, SUPPORTIVE, KIND, and won’t give up on you! They hold you accountable and help you be the best version of yourself! By the way the husband also joined later on. 😁😁💪🏼

Thank you Heidi Rose, Patrick Schneider Anthony Scanish Scarlett Zee for all that you do for me and our Fit Family! You guys have changed my life for ever! 💕💕💪🏼🥊

Another Ilkb 6 week challenge in the books!! 💪🏻 A 6.2 fat % lost in 6 weeks. The challenges are tough especially with me having to give up my sweets but it’s oh so worth it! I feel AMAZING!! I can’t thank the coaches enough for all the advice, encouragement and killer workouts! Also the support of my hubby, friends and fitfam at the studio is so overwhelming. ❤️

TESTIMONIAL: Congratulations Donald🥳

Out of all the workouts, diets, gyms, and health regimens I’ve done in my life, nothing ever came close to the ease and effectiveness of ILoveKickboxing. I participated in their 6- week challenge in an attempt to jumpstart weight loss and adapt to better lifestyle choices, and I completed these goals in stride! The kickboxing studio, unlike most gyms I’ve attended in the past has a great way of building a sense of togetherness and a likeminded feeling of motivation every time I go. I’ve made some great friends and people who inspire me to stay motivated after every visit. Plus I’ve never had a negative experience with anyone, or a negative experience in general all my time there. There is no doubt that my experiences would never be this great if it wasn’t for the amazing staff that’s works there too. Patrick, Heidi, Anthony, and Scarlett are phenomenal instructors who bring great energy to every class and aren’t afraid to push us when we need it( or don’t want too lol). Since taking this challenge I’ve learned to eat better, sleep better, be more active, and most importantly stay motivated for goals which require a lot of dedication. I couldn’t recommend ILoveKickboxing more and truly believe it has changed my life for the better!
