I opened my coaching app to see the pic on the right, and the message
“Haven’t worn these jeans in 3 years 💙”
Annie is awesome. When she lived in NJ she was part of my 6am team & is a great person and person to coach. I’m thankful to know her and have met her.
Time in life had pulled Annie back to her home of Indiana. She got back into teaching, she & her long-term boyfriend became husband and wife, and as things go, she welcomed her beautiful, first son into the world .
After having to take a detour and re-opening my business, and he was one of the first people to reach out and we have been working together since 2022 again. She’s still teaching still a mom, but we have designed her program to work around her life to make sure that she is doing everything that she can, and needs to, to still take care of herself so she can be there for her husband, for Cooper, and the students that trust her and need her.
This message means so much to me for so many different reasons. I’m extremely proud of Annie for the person that she is, and finding a way to still take care of herself, and also balance her responsibilities.
She isn’t perfect, but she is consistent and that consistency overtime breeds great results and get you into the things of your life, including the jeans, that you thought you may never be able to do again .
That’s what I, Brent the Black Sheep , Focus on for all the people I work with. There are tons of trainers out there and coaches who will get you quick results fast. With black sheep fitness, I want to help every one of my clients and members create sustainable mind, body, and soul transformation.
I’m concerned about today a couple months couple years and decades down the road all the same. I want you to experience victories in every area of your life not just on the scale, but in your relationships, with the time that you have, and how you spend it, how you feel internally mentally, and spiritually around the people that you encounter every day
