Pictures from today’s tournament!

Attention Archery Parents:
It is tournament time!
Next Sunday we will hold our annual Impact Archery tournament at Weir Baptist Camp.

If your child shot 3D this year and would like to participate in the 3D portion of our tournament they will need to arrive by 1:30pm to register and get started. Parents/Spectators will be able to walk the 3D course with their archer to watch this portion of the tournament.

For everyone else, please arrive by 2pm to get your archer registered to shoot in the bullseye portion of our tournament.

The schedule of events is as follows:
Sunday, October 26, 2025
1:30pm - Sign In and start of 3D tournament
2:00pm - Sign In for bullseye tournament

Once the 3D tournament has ended there will be a gospel presentation given by Pastor Ben Scott before starting the bullseye tournament.

Upon conclusion of the bullseye tournament we will have a shoot down again this year where our archers who are ranked in the top 5 for the day will shoot 1 arrow at a time, best arrow wins, until there is 1 winner left standing.

After the shoot down, awards will be handed out!

Concessions will be sold, including walking tacos for lunch, all proceeds will go back into the archery program.

There is no seating at the camp, please bring lawn chairs.

Reminder: Tomorrow, October 5th, is picture day!
We will begin taking individual photos at 1pm!
Please have your archer wear their red Impact shirt as we will also be taking a team photo.
Extra forms will be available for those who need them, payment is due at the time of the photo.

I am behind on posting but here are photos from weeks 2 and 3. Some of the kids have started shooting on our new 3D course and learning to shoot with recurve bows, they are loving it! Thank you to Pastor Ben Scott and to Tony Gray for providing our devotions the last 2 weeks. Archery is fun but we never want to lose site of why we are truly gathering, and that is to share the word of God with our kids!

We had a great first week of practice! Our older kids got a chance to use our new recurve bows and got a tour of our 3D course!
Huge thank you to Coach Aaron for doing the devotion for us!

It’s that time, archery starts this Sunday!!! We can’t wait to get the season going and we are excited for the changes we have made this year.

Reminders:
1. We practice at Weir Baptist Camp 1:30-3:00.
2. The cost is $30 and needs to be paid at the first practice to guarantee your archer receives a shirt.
3. It is not too late to sign up! You can still sign up with the Jotform link that has been posted or come to the camp Sunday and we will have extra forms.

BIG NEWS!!! We are going to be adding some elements to archery this year! We will have a walkable 3D range for our older group of kids to shoot on and we are getting recurve bows for our high schoolers to try! We are really excited to be able to offer these things to our archers!

Don’t forget to sign up! The first practice is September 7th, 1:30pm at the Weir Baptist Camp!
