Scaling means training smart.

At 3 Peaks, workouts are adjusted to fit the individual, because everybody starts somewhere, and every body is different.

Our coaches help members scale workouts every day based on experience, movement, injuries, comfort level, and goals.

Sometimes scaling means:
• Building confidence
• Learning movement
• Training safely
• Recovering properly
• Progressing for the long term

The goal isn’t to do the workout exactly like someone else.

The goal is to keep showing up, keep improving, and keep moving forward.

That’s what real progress looks like 🔥

At 3 Peaks, everything is coached, adjusted, and scaled to fit the individual.

That means:
• Learning proper movement
• Building strength safely
• Modifying workouts when needed
• Meeting people where they’re at
