Expos Season Ends:
The Expos 2025 season ended with a 21-11 first round playoff loss to the PBC Royals. The outcome was never in question as the Royals jumped out to an 8-0 lead in the first inning and lead the entire game.
The Expos offense got going in the last few innings of the game with Jeff Staples (3-4, 2 R, 2 RBI, 2 SB), Larry Boreali (2-4, 2 R, 3 RBI, 2 2B), Tom Drages (3-4, R, RBI) and Jorge Lopez (3-4, 2 R, 2B) leading the way.
Thank you to the Expos players and fans for their efforts and dedication this season.

Expos Fall to Yankees 18-4:
The Expos took a short-lived 1-0 lead in the first inning and were down a respectable 5-2 after 3 before imploding in the 4th and 5th. A combination of Yankees hits, multiple walks, and Expos errors led to the Yankees scoring 13 runs over the two frames. The Expos added an anticlimactic 2 runs in the 7th for the 18-4 final.
The Expos did the best they could with 4 regulars missing from the lineup.
Tom Drages, Jorge Lopez, and Jeff Staples had two hits each, with Drages adding 2 RBIs.

Expos Give The Fightin Phils A Battle But Fall Short In The End:
A hard fought game saw the Expos on top 3-2 into the bottom of 6th inning before the Fightin Phils scored 6 runs to take the lead for the first time 8-3. A 3 run 7th inning for the Expos cut the deficit to 8-7 but the Phils scored 5 over the 7th and 8th for the 13-7 final.
Flaco Arias, Larry Boreali and Tom Drages all had multiple hits with Drages adding 3 RBI's and Arias and Boreali both scoring twice.

Expos Defeat Braves 10-6:
A 5 run 6th inning propelled the Expos to a 9-5 lead with the big blow being a 2 run double by George Ackerman.
The Braves had rallied from a 4-1 deficit in the 5th to lead 5-4 and were threatening to score more with the bases loaded when Ackerman snared a 2 out smash down the 3B line to end the inning.
John Lombardi (3-4), Tom Longstreth (3-3), Flaco Arias (2-3) and Bill Littel all had multiple hits.
