We just got some new treadmills and a new Arc trainer and a new squat rack for the members to enjoy! Miss Nora that works out here gives it a thumbs up! Come check us out sometime and God bless and have a great weekend.

So proud of my new manager Tony Weidman ,
he got his 1-year chip at a ceremony at Morningstar Methodist Church in Chelsea Alabama for one year of alcohol-free. Way to go Tony! May God continue to use you and mighty ways my friend.
