The wait is over!!!!! Meet the 2026-2027 12U team that is ready to represent the Steel Standard

This roster is loaded with experience, built on grit, and filled with competitors who know what it takes to battle deep into championship weekends. From top to bottom, this lineup has the ability to change a game with one swing. Every spot in the order brings power, consistency, and the confidence to deliver in the biggest moments.

Inside the circle, we've assembled a group of arms capable of taking over games, attacking hitters, and giving this team a chance to win every time they step on the field.

Leading the way is a coaching staff made up of former NCAA athletes who are passionate about developing players the right way. Their commitment goes beyond wins and losses they're focused on building confident, fundamentally sound athletes who can compete at the highest level while representing Shelby Steel with pride.

This group understands that championships aren't handed out they're earned through discipline, relentless work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to one another. Every practice, every rep, and every inning is another opportunity to raise the standard.

🚨Team Announcement 8U Premier🚨

The next chapter begins now…..

After an incredible 68-15 campaign during the 2025-2026 season, our Shelby Steel 8U Premier team is ready to get back to work. While we're proud of what last year's team accomplished, this group has its sights set on building and accomplishing something even bigger 🦾. This roster features a tremendous core of returning stars who helped establish the standard, along with several outstanding additions who bring experience, talent, and a relentless competitive spirit. Together, they form a team with the potential to accomplish some really special things this year 🍿!!!!!

Just as important, these young athletes will be led by a coaching staff made up of former NCAA Division I players who are passionate about developing elite talent the right way. Every practice, every rep, and every game will be centered around teaching fundamentals, building confidence, competing with purpose, and preparing these girls for long-term success in the game!!

We're excited for what's ahead and can't wait to watch this team grow together throughout the 2026-2027 season.
