The Poker Face: Yoga for High-Stakes Focus
In this workshop, we shift the focus from flexibility to composure. Designed for those who love a mental and physical challenge, “The Poker Face” uses a vigorous flow to test the nervous system. The goal is to maintain a steady breath and a neutral expression even when the poses get demanding. We will explore long-hold balances and geometric drills that require intense concentration, training the mind to remain calm under pressure.
