Hydraulic resistance circuit for sale...much to my dismay I cannot get the pictures right side up. Decided to post anyway..why not I have tried all I know to rotate.. call 682-8411 stand on your head to look at them! Some days you just have to have a sense of humor

I have 2 Life Fitness commercial treadmills for sale $1000. ea. they hold up to 350 lbs. and work great, and a Cybex peg weight shoulder machine. Lift up to 187.5 Lbs for the Medial deltoids (couldn't get picture to rotate??) $800. call 682-8411

To all my Beloved Women! We are coming to a close of this phase of Heartfelt Fitness. May 1st will be our last day as a gym. I am going to continue leading classes come June and enjoy a much needed break in May. Spirals will be moving into the space and expanding their store. I have so loved meeting and developing friendships with all of you and I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I have learned and grown so much. We have laughed, we have cried, we have had so many wonderful experiences together and some very hard experiences...we have been a Family! Thank you for your love and support all these years! This month all classes are included in membership! It is a great deal! That is 12 classes to choose from, Chair class for seniors, Moving challenging cardio-weight class, then Yoga to balance out the weight classes! A little something for everyone! (except the men) We have great classes, great women, great fun! Drop-ins are $5.00.... come try one out

Gentle weights Monday and Wednesdays at 730 am...Part of class is seated using hand weights and part is standing doing leg exercises, great for Seniors and those recovering for injury . Class is 1 hour $5 drop in fee... but is FREE to members!
