The first 2026 TAP senior athlete to sign the college wall is Canon Betts. Canon is headed to North Dakota to play football at Valley City State. He has been absolutely crushing it at TAP these past couple of months focusing on getting ready for the next level. The Vikings are getting one hard working athlete! On April 2nd at the Rainier League Meet, Cooper Fallon launched a throw of 148’8” in the discus — breaking a school record that had stood since 2007.

Julia Dalan with our first ever Testimonial Tuesday! We had the chance to work with Julia from middle school all the way to her starting college basketball! Thank you so much for all the kind words!

TAP helped me with my goals by providing an environment that was focused on bettering myself and pushing to do the best that I can. Having that sort of outlet was always helpful in seeing how much better I could become each day. Even though athletically focused, it helped create a disciplined mindset that is beneficial in many areas of life.

TAP helped prepare for my college sport by having a very personalized coaching program and training that was meant to push you outside your comfort zone. Creating the routine of not only strength building, but also staying accountable through the training was really important as well. Obviously, it also made it a lot easier to come into college already having worked with higher intensity weight lifting experience.

I would recommend TAP to another athlete because it’s a place that provides insight into how you best train and what areas of weightlifting and agility would be most beneficial. It also gives good experience to be able to effectively train independently once you are at college or live on your own. And, I got to add the trainers are pretty fun too. - Julia Dalan
