The difference between me and other trainers, I’m realistic. Nothing fake. No pretending. There’s days I skip workouts for a nap, days where my nutrition isn’t on point, I have two kids, running a business (with a second job), chronic illness, and have had more injuries than I can count. I don’t expect my clients to be perfect. I’ll push you hard but I’ll also meet you where you’re at and have empathy for the days you need it. 💜💜
I’m not a fan of where my body is at right now but that’s part of being human. We’re all a work in progress.
