It’s TIME! I have been chomping at the bit for the new Master’s Hammer and Chisel Program! This 30-40 minute/60 Day resistance-training program incorporates SSP Training (Stabilization, Strength, and Power) to help rapidly build, chisel, and refine your body.
Nutrition is still key to your results. This program incorporates easy to follow nutrition system that allows for customization based on specific goals.
