Buffalo Historical Bowling League

Buffalo Historical Bowling League A mostly LGBT and fun, social, mixed
bowling league open to all bowlers of any skill level Our 44th season starts on Tuesday October 11, 2022.

The league bowls at Classic Lanes, 1840 Military Road, Kenmore, NY. These lanes are just off the 290 - 1/2 mile from the eastbound Delaware/Elmwood/Military exit and 1 mile from the westbound Delaware exit. You can sign-up via email, Facebook DM, during our preseason party on October 4th (7:15pm), or on the first night of bowling when four person teams will be formed. Sign-up the first week will b

egin at 6:30 pm. Bowling is $20 per week. If you can't make it the first week, you should still contact us or stop by because we periodically need bowlers as substitutes or to fill teams that have someone drop out.

Tomorrow is our League No Tap Singles Tournament!

$25 entry fee

Any Buffalo Historical League member with an average based on at least 12 games can enter. Handicap is used in the tournament.

Everyone bowls for themselves, so you can participate even if the rest of your team does not.

With “No Tap,” if you get nine pins on your first ball, it will count as a strike. The rest of the scoring is the same as usual.

The top 20% of entrants in each division will win prizes. The prize fund will be the entrance fees minus the lineage fees.

Because it’s No Tap, it is always a fun night. We’ve even had people bowl No Tap 300s. Could you be next?
