The heart of FloydFest lives behind the scenes with the people who make it all work. This week, we’re highlighting one of those humans who helps bring the Daydream to life. 💫

🎤 Name: Josh Taylor

🎸 Current Role / Department: Site Ops Lead

✨ Favorite FloydFest memory: ”In general? Seeing my worlds collide: making mountain memories with my children while celebrating alongside the family FloydFest gave me.

Specifically? Watching the Avett Brothers from atop a friend's bus with two of my kids, then dancing to Victor Wooten with my third. Pure magic.”

🍿 Go-to festival snack or drink: ”Wait, people have time to eat and drink at these things? 😂 When I finally remember I'm a human being, a Monster Energy and one of Collean's cheeseburgers always hit the spot.”

🎶 Walk-in song, and why: "’Always Look on the Bright Side of Life’ by Monty Python. It's a good reminder that even when things don't go according to plan, there's usually still something worth smiling about. Of course, I'm currently deep in a Yacht Rock and House Music phase, so this answer is subject to change without notice.“
