Cheboygan powerlifters Troy Wichlacz, Bailey Blaskowski, and Landon Wootton recently represented the Chiefs in varsity and JV state competitions.

Congratulations to our state qualifiers! At states Bailey Blaskowski took 18 out of 32 in girls JV, getting PRs in both squat and deadlift with total of 555lbs, which is a 30 # increase for her.
Landon Wootton at states took 11 out of 24 in boys JV, getting PRs in squat, bench and deadlift with total of 800lbs, which is a 35 # increase for him.
Troy Wichlacz medaled taking 9 out of 19 in boys varsity, with totaling 1200lbs

Congratulations to the Powerlifting Club on their last meet! Troy Wichlacz and Bailey Blaskowski medaled! 💪🏻🧡🖤
Troy taking 1st in his weight class and got a PR in squat.
Bailey taking 3rd in her weight class and got PRs in all her lifts.
Jaxon Benton took 4th in his weight class and got a PR in deadlift, fighting hard for 3rd place.
Wyatt Calhoon got a PR in deadlift and Landon Dunn got PRs in bench and deadlift!
