Summer outdoor boot camp is back in the books! I THINK this is year 11…?? 💪 can sign up for 1x per week or for all 8 in the 4 week series 🙌🏼 This is a progressive summer program to improve upon strength and endurance ‼️

This has been such an amazing space for me to host and lead fitness classes this winter !! So much gratitude for the amazing owners and so impressed with the space and all the effort behind the scenes 😍🥂🏆 Loft Events

Body by Brach is going to be moving back into our original space we’ve used the last 17 years (WOAH I know!!!!!) On Townline Rd. We’re getting it ready again for classes to resume in the next week or so . 🙌🏼 Stay tuned 🥳🥳🥳
