After one of the most competitive tryouts we've ever held, we are proud to announce the athletes selected for the 2026 BUCS Youth Elite Squad!

This was by far the toughest group of athletes we've seen, with an incredible variety of skills, talent, and determination on display. Making final selections was not easy, and we are so proud of every athlete who stepped onto the mat and gave it their all.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WDEF) - The BUCS Youth Cheer Elite Squad is celebrating a national title after being named the 2026 One Prime Global Finals Champion.

🏆🌎 WE ARE THE ONE PRIME GLOBAL CHAMPIONS! 🌎🏆

History has been made!

The BUCS Youth Cheer Elite Squad has officially been named the 2026 One Prime Global Finals Champion in the Traditional Recreation Level 1 Division!

What does that mean? The One Prime Finals hosts championship events at four different locations. The winning routines from each location are then reviewed by a brand-new panel of judges, and the highest-scoring team is crowned the Global Finals Champion.

Out of all the teams that competed across the country, BUCS Youth Cheer Elite Squad earned the title of GLOBAL CHAMPIONS!🏅

This achievement is even more remarkable because this was our very first year offering a competition cheer program. Most of our athletes had never competed before, and only one cheerleader came in with previous competition cheer experience. Through hard work, determination, countless hours of practice, and unwavering support from their families, these girls transformed into champions.

Throughout the season, our team earned multiple 1st Place finishes, Grand Champion honors, bids to prestigious championship events, and ultimately finished The One Prime Finals with two Hit Zero performances and a 1st Place finish by an incredible 10.52-point margin.

To our athletes: Thank you for trusting the process, believing in yourselves, and never giving up.

To our parents: Thank you for every practice, competition, fundraiser, late night, early morning, and mile traveled. This championship belongs to you, too.

This title was earned through dedication, perseverance, teamwork, blood, sweat, and tears, and we couldn't be more proud.
