Looking for something fun for your baseball or softball player this summer?

Our camps are packed with hitting, fielding, baserunning, games, competitions, skill-building, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends. Whether your player is just getting started or already loves the game, they'll get tons of reps in a positive, high-energy environment.

We are opening up week nights this summer from 7p-8p to players who just need reps. Its affordable and will be assisted by a few instructors. Infield we will just hit ground balls. Pitcher/catcher.. catchers can bring their gear and catch for pitchers who need a bullpen or who wantnto work on their stuff. Batting we will just do live arm BP for an hour, that simple. Call or come in to sign up, or show up the day of!

Athletic creativity on the field is just as important as throwing hard and hitting well. A lot youth baseball players have 1 or 2 ways of catching a ball and thats it.

Having a wide array of athletic movements at your disposal is beneficial because not every ball is hit right to you, and at the same speed. Having athletic creativity to go after any ball, and make any play will take you a lot further than you think. This goes for any sport.

Knowing what to do, how to do it, and when to do it is where we come in. We at Dbat Chattanooga have amazing instructors who have played at the higher levels, professional and collegiate.

Drill of the Week: Using a Pancake Glove. Coach Eli

Working on the little things that actually matter:
glove presentation, soft hands, body control, and working through the baseball.

Too many players point their fingers AT the ball INSTEAD of pointing them AT THE GROUND.

I always say make a wall, not a ramp"

Using the pancake glove helps create better hand eye, and the correct angles to catch a ground ball.

*THESE CAN ALSO BE USED FOR FLYBALLS (Parents and Coaches)

The flashy stuff happens after the fundamentals are clean.
