Year Two for Coach Russell and Wrestling Camp!

Another great week on the mats with an outstanding group of campers learning the fundamentals, building confidence, and having a lot of fun along the way.

From takedowns and technique work to teamwork and sportsmanship, these young wrestlers brought great energy every day. The future looks bright with this group!

Thank you to Coach Russell and the camp staff for investing in these athletes and making the week such a success.

Wrestling Camp was on the move first thing this morning, getting the blood flowing and the energy up before diving into the fundamentals. From quick reactions and movement drills to plenty of smiles and laughter, these young wrestlers were ready to get after it from the start.

A great day of learning, competing, and having fun on the mat!

The smiles are big, the energy is high, and the confidence is growing with every drill.

Past, present, Future Red Raider Wrestlers Make Mark at U.S. Open in Las Vegas

Baylor wrestling had quite a presence both in the field and on the podium at the U.S. Open Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada last weekend. The U.S. Open is one of the largest freestyle events in the world and serves as a qualifier for various world teams and world team qualifiers.
